A solo private lesson is you working on what you need with me guiding you at your pace towards your goals. This is an alternative to group classes when they are not appropriate for the student, for example, if you are recovering from injury, or a very beginning beginner. Working out by yourself might be what you prefer, or you might use it as a way to hone your skills in conjunction with group classes. You might be on a regular schedule. You might come once a month.
