How many of us have every struggled with food? Maybe we have dealt with an eating disorder? Maybe we just don't have time to enjoy food? Maybe it is just mysterious how to stay on track with a healthy diet and feel good about what we eat? Come explore this book with me. We'll talk about some of the practices in the book and some of the topics raised. The second meeting of this book group (date tbd) will be a potluck to be held at the farm! We will decide together when a good time is to have the potluck. Jules will provide some lovely things that we can do some blind taste tests with and see if our newly practiced mindful eating helps us to taste more and feel better.
