We’ll craft some meaningful health goals. These won’t look like ‘lose 30 pounds’. We’re going to do a bit of asking ourselves ‘Why?’ and digging deeper to get below the surface to really understand what we’re after. The plan is to set yourself up for success, so that gaining health just happens.
