Despite your best intentions, traveling can turn your routines upside-down!Learn a 10 - 20 minute gentle workout designed specifically for travel and using supplies that easily pack in a suitcase. We'll cover everything from what to do with a foul carpet to how uncurl your back after a plane ride.
Instructor Julia Rymut teaches mind/body connection in many different modalities, from essential oils to Thai massage. With years of personal practice and classes, she received her RYT 200 Yoga Certificate in 2016. She is also certified in Pilates. Julia finds the body fascinating. Equal parts physical and emotional, predictable and unique, you never know what the body will reveal next. She brings curiosity to her classes where you learn to move so your body is healthy and you are happy.
