Take the next step in Pilates learn Jumpboard.
Get the basics of jumpboard on the reformer. Learn the lingo and learn how to take care of your joints and back while you jump. A great start to adding some cardio to your Pilates routine.
This workshop is open to Pilates beginners who have taken some equipment classes before, as in - you know how to stabilize your low back during movement. Also is for intermediates & advanced Pilates practitioners who have no foot, ankle or knee restrictions.
