Get the basics of jumpboard on the reformer. Learn the lingo and learn how to take care of your joints and back while you jump. A great start to adding some cardio to your Pilates routine.

This workshop is open to Pilates beginners who have taken some equipment classes before, as in - you know how to stabilize your low back during movement. Also intermediates and advanced practitioners with no foot, ankle or knee restrictions - this is for you too.
